We have some new recruit from india. Bala from india was very hardworking and very friendly with everyone.we all like bala and always share our food with him. Our company decide to promote bala for his good attitude and hardwork. He became a team leader for the indian group production line as he can communicate with them better in their native tongue. A month after being promoted bala attitude began to change. He start to demand the same things i have with same authorities to certain facilities meant for seniors only. Other indian colleague complaint bala give them false promise to get higher pay and request gift from them. He felt he is high and powerful. Bala start to loose all his friends . No one will sit with him during lunch.he mix himself with new recruits by making them think he will take care of them in the company as he is new. I'm now promoted as an engineer. I switch company. Due to covid. The company closed down and bala is send back to india with the rest. I grew distance with bala but i still wish him well in india free from covid.
