Since China already offered help but they reject, so be it, .... hard to save someone who is suicidal, unless they seek help themselves...

China should prioritize the distribution of their vaccines. Some countries are not appreciative and are ungrateful. Hence, China should continue to support other countries in need.

Like Taiwan, they still believe in USA. Where are the vaccine for Taiwan from USA? India should learn from this. If the politicians in India due to their selfish aspirations allow their citizens to die, so be it. Nobody can change the minds of selfish people. Their minds are set. Calamity is never just about events happened all of a sudden but due to the stubbornness of men to react to a condition that they saw well before the calamity strikes.

In Capitalist/Democratic system vote matters so most decisions were made with political considerations, in Socialist system the welfare of the citizens comes first as leaders do not have to worry about votes. So no one system is better than the other, the quality of leadership matters.
