I speculate it will be operated by Cisco 5G, not Huawei. The US badly needs mass transit upgrades to compete globally and sustain its own economy honestly, so this is an obvious great move. BYD's union workforce is comprised of many immigrants and "second chance" employees that will work tirelessly for this loyal employer.
