It is a much more narrow and negative view focusing on China's "exploitation". The alternative, which they don't reveal, is underdevelopment along the silk road. Thank you for your work. Just compare this metro station to that nasty, smelling and homeless filled New York metro. The other places are developing fast as America and UK are delapidating.
