Some Africans are so used to handed out free stuff from charity, they become lazy, there are many cases Chinese helped them to restore their land to produce food, but a couple years later, you go back there to find out these Africans just let the land idle and became wasteland again. And even shocking too is that Chinese provided them with free seeds for planting crops to later find out they just simply ate the seeds and left the land barren. There is unfortunately no solution to fix laziness.
