Western media talking about Xinjiang are all lies, no true at all. Trump had done a lot of damage to the USA and less to China. I hope Biden will be the wise leader to stop the decline of USA 202 H.P. K H.P. The interviewer is also good. Instead of pushing his point of view to the point of condescension like the vast majority of Western interviewers, he is actually interested in the views of the interviewee. 81 Arslan Khan Arslan Khan 1 month ago An absolute pleasure to listen to the wisdom of this greatest sage of our times... only if the hubris cultivated by west take a back seat, writing is on the wall, hegemonic days of western powers are about to be over. West should be ready to embrace the rise of China. Cannot wait enough!! 129 Peter Peter 3 weeks ago Kishore is a fine example of a world class global statesman, strategist and philosopher! 91 HK.Chinese Canadian HK.Chinese Canadian 3 weeks ago Kishore speaks with wisdom and humility. I love that man. 106 Jon YH Goh Jon YH Goh 3 weeks ago Kishore summarized it well when asked about the reason for US behavior towards China: Hegemonic Angst, Civilizational Bigotry, and Ideological intransigence. Vilifying China and making China the bogeyman is just a very convenient way of kicking the can down the road and pulling wool over the eyes of its own people. 66 J L Heidary J L Heidary 3 weeks ago I have so much respect for Professor Kishore. Long live Sir. 32 Weili Zhang Weili Zhang 1 month ago Such a nice conversation! Thanks for inviting Dr. Mahbubani, he is such a strategic thinker who has critical thinking and dares to speak what the mainstream media would not. 91 Marion Plaza Marion Plaza 3 weeks ago Been watching Kishore for the past year now。What interest me is his wisdom and intellect on US-China relations。 68 Product Guru Product Guru 3 weeks ago (edited) Kishore likens Covid19 to a village house on fire. Great analogy. In China, most people somehow have this sense and taking Covid19 as a serious disaster, and are willing to put all other things aside to fight the fire. Unfortunately, US doesn't seem to share the same sentiment. 52 Swee Lim Swee Lim 3 weeks ago The answer to the question on what China is wanting from the United State has been written on the wall for so many years except the scholars or policy makers in the west have been ignoring it. China has been publicly stating they had no intention to replace United State and their military development is to prevent bullies to invade and humiliate China as the western countries did in the last 200 years. ‘To have peace, you must be ready for war so that the aggressors dare not bully you’ - such a simple common sense approach has been adopted by China and for the last 40 years, not a single war has been fought by China as a proof for its military objective. China just wants to provide decent lives for its citizens and wishing the western powers to stop interfering with China internal affairs using the excuses of ‘democracy’ and ‘human rights’.
